Allowance Support is an independent service based in Bristol. We are not affiliated with the DWP, the government, or any public body. We are a private support service that helps people over 65 apply for Attendance Allowance.

Calling on Behalf of Someone Else?
That's absolutely fine — in fact, many of our enquiries come from adult children or carers calling on behalf of a parent or loved one.
Just give us a call and explain the situation. We'll walk you through everything together. We're experienced at working with families and know how to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved — including the person applying.
We can also help if you're a carer looking into Attendance Allowance on behalf of someone who has already been rejected. Many rejections are successfully appealed.
What Happens After You Call?
Free Eligibility Check
We ask a few questions and give you an honest answer about whether you're likely to qualify.
Form Completion
Pending approval, we handle your full application via phone—working with you for a fee of £49.
DWP Decision
The DWP takes 6–12 weeks. We'll prepare you for the process and what to expect.
Payments Begin
Once awarded, your weekly DWP payments start. Our success fee is then due.
